In my experience working with hundreds of sport participants from all over the world, from youth, collegiate, recreational, retirees, and elite, most people say their sport is more than 50% mental.
 
When asked how much they work on their mental game, I get blank stares.
 
Little to no time is spent on honing psychological skill development.
 
That doesn’t make sense to me?!
