After bouts of stress, anxiety and insomnia, I had to learn how to let go of my PERFECTION TENDENCIES and reassign my HIGH-ACHIEVING EGO to LIVE FULLY in the present moment and get the BEST performance from my mind and body.
Overcoming these HURDLES wasn’t easy.
It took a willingness to look inward for my answers, to listen to other people’s stories, and to meld Western science with Eastern traditions, like yoga, Ayurveda and mindfulness.
