Most of us our compensating for a hole we have inside of ourselves -myself included. The root cause: "not being enough". As a result, we may seek validation from others to fill that hole rather than authentically connecting to our self or to others. We may seek more food for thought, such as always listening to a podcast or surfing social media, in order to satisfy a hungry mind that senses lack and is in a state of "not enough". The centuries of wisdom from great sages and teachers tell us... YOU WERE BORN ENOUGH Moving from hole to whole comes from knowing and loving yourself so deeply that your positive energy spills over to others and the world. Knowing and loving yourself deeply can be as simple as asking yourself : "What do I love about myself?" "What do I love about being human?" "How do I want to love, grow and contribute?" (Note: simple does not necessarily mean easy) Knowing you're enough gives you the courage to LIVE FEARLESSLY. When you are no longer held by your fears of not being enough, you allow yourself to boldly pursue big dreams. Yet you're not attached to the outcome. When your dreams are SELF-FUELED GOALS -something you have complete control over such as having amazing human experiences, learning and growing and contributing positively to the world, that's uplifting. And NO ONE can take that away from you. This not only puts you on a trajectory toward the extraordinary. This is being whole. Until next time...Be Bold. Move Mountains. And Be Happy NOW! p.s. This blog was inspired by a few things I've been absorbing over the past two months of quarantine (see below). I hope you enjoyed it and that you and your family are well!
