You got to have …a twinkle in your eye …an ambition in your heart …and discipline in your teeth to be focused at being the best you can be. It’s about becoming the best you can be and, thus, becoming a champion in sports and all walks of your life. That's why I believe that sport is played with the body, but won in the mind. As a result, I get really excited to share with you the tools and habits to be who you are, to never doubt your ability and to excel in your desired dreams.
